Job Role:
Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)
Location:
Remote (Hiring office located in Mumbai)
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries and provide resolution through blended support.
Solve basic technical issues for customers.
Maintain excellent communication with customers in English and Hindi.
Follow process guidelines, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet quality standards.
Work 6 night shifts per week with 1 rotational week off.
Complete assessments and operations tasks as part of daily workflow.
Qualification:
UG or Graduate (any stream)
Freshers can apply
Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of documented experience
Candidates with ICSE / CBSE background preferred
Required System Specifications:
Core i3 7th Gen or above
8GB RAM
50 Mbps internet
USB noise-cancellation headset
Working camera
Inverter / UPS (mandatory)
